Home services
Southern Utah home services, vetted before you ever have to call.
Up to two companies per county, per trade. Every one met in person, reviews read in full, and held to a standard. Pick your trade, pick your county, and open the company's page to see exactly who you would be letting into the house.
How this page makes money: The providers featured on this page are paid partners. They pay a referral fee or commission for placement on Moving Utah. I only feature providers I trust, but you are always free to hire any provider you choose. Using a listed provider is never required.
Met in person
I sit across from the owner before anything goes live.
Reviews read in full
Including the bad ones and how the company answered them.
Two per county, per trade
Iron and Washington each carry their own short list, so your pro is never billing you for the drive.
The standard holds
Slip on service, come off the board. The spot opens up.
The board
Sixteen trades on the board. The first name just went up.
Each trade holds up to two spots in Iron County and two in Washington County, and every card opens that company's full page on Moving Utah. Most spots are open right now, and that is the point: spots here get earned, not sold to whoever calls first.
Moving day, handled before the truck rolls.
Movers
Moving crews work the whole region, so this trade runs one shared list instead of county columns.
When something breaks, these are the numbers worth saving.

Four spots per trade, two in each county, all of them open. An empty slot means I have not met a company I am ready to put my name behind.
Until those spots fill, text me and I will still point you somewhere good. You are always free to hire any provider you choose.
Questions, answered
How the board works, asked and answered.
Every provider here is hand picked. I meet each company in person, read through their review history including how they answer the bad ones, and talk through how they handle scheduling, pricing, and problems before anything goes live. Placement is capped at two companies per county for each trade, and a spot is never sold to whoever calls first.
The companies featured here compensate me for placement on Moving Utah, and I want that out in the open. That relationship never changes the standard. I only feature companies I would call for my own house, and money does not buy a spot from a company I would not recommend.
No. You are always free to hire any provider you choose. This page is a starting point built from my own vetting, not a requirement, and nothing about working with me ever depends on who you hire.
Tell me. I check in on the companies I feature, and honest feedback from readers is part of how the list stays trustworthy. A provider who stops answering the phone, misses appointments, or lets the work slide comes off the page. The spot is earned, and it stays earned only as long as the standard holds.
This directory covers Southern Utah: Cedar City, St. George, and the surrounding towns across Iron and Washington counties. Each trade holds up to two spots per county, because a crew based in St. George is not the one you want billing you for the drive to Cedar City. Every listing names the company's own base and coverage.
Start with the application on this page. Tell me about your company, your home county, your service area, and where I can read your reviews. If your county has an open spot in your trade and the work looks strong, I will reach out to set up an in-person meeting. Placement is paid, capped at two companies per county for each trade, and never guaranteed.
For service companies
Four spots per trade. Nearly every one is open.
Two spots in Iron County, two in Washington County, for every trade. The board is brand new: outside of movers, every spot in every trade is open, and the vetting list is wide open too. A listing includes your own page on Moving Utah, built from your materials, that every card on this board clicks through to.
-
We meet in person first
Coffee in Cedar City or St. George. I want to hear how you handle the job that goes sideways.
-
Your reviews get read, all of them
Send your Google Business Profile. I care most about how you answer the reviews that sting.
-
Placement is paid, and disclosed
Featured partners compensate me, readers see that on every card, and I will walk you through the details when we talk. No lead quotas, no promises I cannot keep.
-
The spot stays earned
Readers tell me when a company slips. Keep answering the phone and standing behind the work, and the spot is yours.
