How it works

Three steps. No obligation.

  1. Tell me where.

    Name the town or the state, and say if you are buying or selling.

  2. I find a fit.

    I look for an agent who works in that area every day. If I cannot find a good fit, I will tell you.

  3. You decide.

    I send you their name and how to reach them. You talk with them, and you decide. Asking does not commit you to anything.

Partner agents outside Southern Utah. In Iron, Washington, Kane, Garfield, and Beaver counties I am your agent. Elsewhere in Utah, I connect you with a partner agent I trust in that area. If you buy or sell with an agent I refer, that agent's brokerage pays my brokerage a referral fee out of their own compensation, never an added cost to you. You are always free to choose any agent you wish. If I connect you with an agent outside Utah, the same kind of referral fee applies. It is never an added cost to you.
