Bloomington was settled in 1870, St. George annexed it in 1982, and it grew up around the Bloomington Country Club golf course. Pheasant Run Estates does not face that golf course. It is its own quiet street a block south of it.

Day to day, that means a short street with mature landscaping (trees and plants that have grown up) and more room around each home than a typical new plat gives you. The freeway at Exit 4 is about 6 minutes away.

For any home you are serious about, use the district's boundary tool. For school data from outside sources, GreatSchools and Niche both publish numbers you can weigh yourself.

This is the most common mix-up I see with this address, so I will say it plainly. Pheasant Run Estates is not on the golf course most people picture when they hear "Bloomington." Bloomington Country Club is built around the 18-hole course, and it is a private membership club. Homes that face the fairways sit in other plats and sell as their own group. The homes here sit on lots of a third to a half acre and do not face the course. If a listing description says "Bloomington" without a street name, ask which street it is on before you compare it to anything.

I also see people mix up the name "Pheasant Springs" with Pheasant Run Estates from time to time. They are two different recorded subdivisions in St. George. If a buyer or seller mentions one, I check which plat they mean before I pull recent sales.
