A partner who stops answering the phone, misses appointments, or lets the work slide goes into a review. I talk with the owner, look at what went wrong, and hold them to the standard I vetted them on.
Washington County and Iron County today, which covers St. George, Cedar City, and the towns around them. Each trade holds one spot per county, so a business based in St. George and a business based in Cedar City can both hold the same trade. More of Utah opens up as partners earn their spots.
